The learned Counsel for the Applicants i.e. original Claimants submits that this is an application for withdrawal of the amount which was deposited by the original Appellant Insurance Company. Applicant No.1 - Archana Deepak Panchal who is widow and Appliant No.4 - Laxmi Yashwant Panchal who is mother of the deceased are allowed to withdraw 50% of their share from the amount which was deposited in Court, after giving undertaking. 2.

Civil Application disposed of.
