This application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing C.R.No.7 of 2014 at Mhasla Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections3 (1)(10) of the Atrocities Act and under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. Saste, the learned APP having taken instructions makes a statement that investigation is complete and charge-sheet is also filed showing applicant as an absconding accused. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the application. Application, accordingly, stands dismissed.
