This application has been received from the Nagpur Central Prison. The applicant-accused is undergoing life imprisonment for the offence punishable under Sections 364A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Sessions Case No.247 of 2019. He is seeking temporary bail in the wake of outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. The situation has now changed. There is no question of releasing the applicant-accused on bail on the ground as the ground put forth does not survive. Application is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the applicant to take appropriate steps for his release, if so desired.
