In view of the remedy by way of a Revision under Section 154 of lgc

(913) & (27) wp-6511.16ors the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act being available to the Petitioners against the impugned orders, it is not necessary for this Court to entertain the above Writ Petitions.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners Shri P N Joshi states that such Revision Applications would be filed by the Petitioners abovenamed latest by 30/03/2017. If such Revision Applications are filed by the Petitioners, then the Revisionary Authority is directed to hear and decide the Revision Applications latest by 31/05/2017. Needless to state that the contentions of the parties have not been gone into and it would be before the Revisionary Authority that the said contentions can be urged. With the aforesaid directions, the above Writ Petitions are disposed of.
