Heard the petitioner in person, respondent No.2 and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

The petition is filed seeking direction against the Deccan Police Station, Pune to register FIR against respondent No.2 for an offence punishable under Sections 504, 506, 378 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

In pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

29-wp-262-2019 14.08.2018 copy of the said complaint is annexed at Page 15 of the Petition.

Mr.Shaikh, learned APP on instructions of the concerned Police Officer, makes a statement that the preliminary enquiry in the said complaint is pending. The report shall be submitted within seven days from today. Statement is accepted. 5.

The petitioner is also directed to remain present before the concerned Police Station as and when required for the purposes of the preliminary enquiry in the said complaint. Subject to above, petition is disposed of.
