At the outset, Smt. Salukhe, learned AGP appearing for the respondents objects to the maintainability of these writ petitions. According to her, the petitioners ought to have moved the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.
13.wp.732-22 & anr Mumbai Bench (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) for redress in accordance with law.

After hearing progressed to some length, Mr. Kulkarni, learned advocate for the petitioners in both the writ petitions seeks leave to withdraw the same. He also seeks liberty to move the Tribunal.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.

The writ petitions are dismissed as withdraw. No costs. 5.
This order shall, however, not preclude the petitioners to explore their remedies before the Tribunal in accordance with law.

All contentions are left open.
