The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants has placed on record office copy of a letter addressed by him to both the Applicants and two registered postal envelopes. The said postal envelopes have been received back with remark that the Applicants are not residing at the addresses mentioned in the cause title of this Application. Therefore, he seeks discharge in the matter. Accordingly, we discharge the Advocate. The Application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged.
