By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner has impugned the Order dated 2nd June, 2021 passed by the Tahsildar, Shirur, District : Pune. The Learned AGP states that the said order may be set aside and a fresh hearing may be given by the Tahsildar, Shirur, District : Pune to the Petitioner within the time stipulated by the Court and a fresh order will be passed thereafter. In view thereof, we pass the following Order :

(i) The Order dated 2nd June, 2021 passed by the Tahsildar, Shirur, District : Pune is quashed and set aside.

(iii) The concerned parties shall appear before the Tahsildar, Shirur, District : Pune on 10th February, 2022 at 12.00 noon. (iv) No adjournment/s shall be sought by the parties and the Tahsildar, Shirur, District : Pune too shall not adjourn the matter, unless absolutely necessary. (v) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.
