Mr. Mehta states that DRT, Pune is functioning now and seeks leave to withdraw the petition to enable petitioner to pursue its remedies before DRT, Pune.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. We shall also observe that Mr. Mehta stated that the condition for stay as recorded in the order dated 21st January 2022 has not been complied with by petitioner.
