Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the respondent-State.

The petitioner was convicted by the Session Court at Vasai, District Thane in Sessions Case No.66 of 2012 and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life. The petitioner has filed an appeal bearing No.1016 of 2014 in this Court and the same is pending. By the present petition, the petitioner has sought for Set off Report, so as to avail parole. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has gone through the conviction order of the petitioner and submits that no set off was granted to the present petitioner. In such circumstances, the AGP 1/2

16.WP.243.17.doc grievance raised in the petition no more survives. The writ petition stands disposed off.

Registry is directed to communicate the present order to the petitioner.
