The above Civil Application has been filed for carrying out correction in paragraph 2.1 at page No.3 in line 4 by deleting the name of "Shri Gopal Hasu Thakur" and to add the name of "Shri Janardhan Koli and Shri Soma Koli". The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment in terms of what is stated herein before.
