Ms.Parasnis states that original petitioner no.1 Trimbak Laxman Joshi expired on 16th August 2022 and this application is to bring on record the legal heirs of original petitioner no.1 as petitioner no.1a, 1b, 1c and 1d. Ms. Parasnis states that the legal heirs are arrayed as proposed petitioners no.1a, 1b, 1c and 1d.
