The report for extension of time prepared by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, dated 20 September 2015 is received by the Registry on 20 November 2015 since it appears to have been sent by Post. After receiving the report on 20 November 2015, the matter is placed on board for extension for the first time today i.e. on 22 December 2015. Out of the six months extension sought, three months are already lost in correspondence. In Writ Petition No.9158 of 2014, by order dated 17 December 2015, a suggestion is already given to the Registry to place the matters seeking extension, expeditiously on board and

Considering the facts and circumstances, the extension as sought for by the Tribunal is granted. The Registry may, in addition to the regular correspondence, communicate the order of extension to the School Tribunal by way of e-mail.
