1] Learned APP submits that the prisoner was released on furlough leave on 30th July 2019 and has reported back on 28th August 2019.

2] The challenge in the present matter is to denial of parole some time in 2018. Other details have not given in the letter. However, in view of his later release on furlough, the ground for parole no longer survives.

3] Nominal roll produced by the learned APP is taken on record as Exhibit-A.

4] We, therefore, reject the petition.
