Since the Original Petitioner expired on 28th April 2018, this Interim Application has been moved by his legal heirs to bring them on record. The learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 opposes the application on the ground that the legal interest of the Applicants has not been disclosed.

Considering the fact that the Applicants are the widow and daughters of the deceased, the application is allowed.

The Applicants are permitted to be brought on record as legal heirs of the Original Petitioner-deceased without prejudice to the grounds raised by the Respondent No.1 for opposing the writ petition. The amendment be carried within a period of one week from today. 4.
