Through this petition the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent no. 3 - Assistant Director, Town Planning Department, Pune, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 3rd March 2016. 2] According to the petitioner, he had deposited excess amount for the premium for zone change. It is his case that in fact the amount to be deposited was Rs.5,25,617/- whereas by miscalculation the petitioner has deposited Rs.36,06,100/-. In the circumstances, he submitted an application / representation for refund of the excess amount deposited by him but till date the said representation dated 3rd 1/2

skc 2 32-WP-2192-17.sxw March 2016 (Exhibit 'E') has not been decided. 3] Without commenting upon the petitioner's claim that he has deposited the excess amount, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no. 3 - Assistant Director, Town Planning Department, Pune, to examine the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision on the representation dated 3rd March 2016 (Exhibit 'E') as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4] Petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent along with relevant documents on 17th July 2017 at 11.00 a.m. 5] Petition is disposed of accordingly.
