For the reasons set out in the Application, leave is granted to amend the Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (i).

Leave to amend is granted, by reserving for the Respondents' right to raise all permissible objections, including the objection that some of the orders, which the Petitioner seeks to spk.

Insofar as the prayers for interim reliefs are concerned, the same are not entertained in the present Civil Application. However, after amendment is carried out and after amendment copies are served upon the Respondents, the Petitioner is granted liberty to take up a fresh Application seeking interim relief. The same would be considered at that stage in accordance with law and on their own merits. With this, the present Civil Application is disposed of.
