Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner i.e., the original accused - Salim Tajuddin Mulani, who faced prosecution under sections 304, 279, 337 and 33 of the Indian Penal Code, has expired. The learned Counsel produces death certificate dated 6.9.2017 issued by the Registrar (Birth & Death), Municipality Karad, Satara, which is taken on record. So, it is submitted by the learned Counsel that the petition abates. 2.

Learned Prosecutor is present.
