Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus;

(A) (a) This Honourable Court may kindly permit the Appellant to serve the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 by substituted service being publication of notice of the First Appeal No.1205 of 2010 in daily newspapers widely circulated in Mumbai District being "Free Press Journal" in English and "Nav Bharat Times" in Hindi language.

(B) Publication to be made within 12 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application will stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.

(C) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
