This appeal preferred by State challenging the order of acquittal passed by Learned JMFC Vadgaon Maval vide by DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Date: 2021.07.17 15:40:48 +0530 DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE judgment and order dated 17.11.2003 whereby the respondent accused was acquitted of the offence under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report is received from the Senior Inspector of Police Talegaon-Dabhade Police Station stating that the Respondentaccused has died on 01.12.2015. The report dated 29.06.2021 submitted by Senior Inspector of Police Talegaon-Dabhade Police Station alongwith photo copy of the death certificate is taken on record.
