After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 2.

He however submits that the Applicant is a Professor and there not a single complaint from any other student. He submitted that the trial in this matter be expedited and some time limit be given for completion of the trial. Nesarikar

This request is reasonable. Therefore permission granted for withdrawal of the application. Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, the trial Court is requested to complete the trial within one year from today. 4.
