It is stated that, the Original Petitioner expired on 15th November, 2020. The present Application is filed within a period of limitation. The list of legal heirs of the Petitioner is annexed as and by way of schedule to the present Application.

Mr. Kini, learned counsel for the Respondents has no objection in allowing the present Application.
