The grievance of the Petitioner for seeking furlough leave has been rejected by Order dated 30.11.2019.

Learned APP submitted a report dated 06.10.2022 prepared by Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison which states that on as many as 8 earlier occasions, Petitioner has reported late after been granted furlough leave between 2005 and 2017. 3.

In view of the above, we concur with the Order passed by the Competent Authority in respect of the Petitioner' s application.

Hence relief prayed for by Petitioner cannot be granted. 5.

Writ Petition is dismissed.
