I have perused the order dated 19/01/2024. Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that the applicant and his family members are satisfied with the line of the treatment presently given to the applicant at J.J.Hospital. A request is made that as recorded in paragraph 2 of the order dated 19/01/2024, in addition to the nephew, the wife of the applicant, 2 daughters and sister of the applicant who have come to Mumbai to attend the applicant may be allowed to meet the applicant. The advocate on record for the applicant is also permitted to 1/2

In this view, Manju Bala (wife), Sakshi Singh (daughter), Ishika Singh (daughter), Mukesh (sister), Sachin Kumar (nephew) as well as advocate on record for the applicant - Tabish Mooman are permitted to meet the applicant in terms of paragraph 2 of the order dated 19/01/2024.

The interim application is disposed of.

List the Bail Application No. 2303 of 2023 on 21/02/2024.
