In this application filed on 22nd November 2013, prayer is to restore Writ Petition No. 962 of 2013 dismissed in default on 1st July 2013. Matter has not been moved and no effective orders are obtained from this Court on said application after filing. Prayers in writ petition show that grievance is in relation to events which may have transpired between September 2003 to January 2004. We, therefore, find substance in objection being raised by learned A.P.P.
