Perused the affidavit-in-reply of Shri Dadabhau Sayaji Joshi, the District Rehabilitation Officer, Pune. Though belatedly, there is a substantial compliance with the directions issued by this Court of which a breach is complained of. Hence, no case is made out to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
