The report is produced from jail. Copy of medical report is produced by learned APP. Report indicate that applicant has been examined and treated by Physician, Surgeon, Psychiatrist and Neurologist. It is found that patient has no major neurological problem but psychiatric disturbances along side diabetes. The current health of prisoner is stable and is living normal life. The photocopy of report is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. In the light of report, no case for grant of bail on medical ground is made out. The application is rejected.
