The appeal arises from the Award passed in the Workmen's Compensation Act. Parties have settled the dispute and filed the consent terms. Respondent No.1claimant is present. He is identified by his counsel. Consent terms are read out to him. He admits the contents of the consent terms in terms of clause 4(b). Respondents are

MP 2/2 61-FA-599-2017.odt permitted to withdraw Rs.7,87,575/- with interest accrued thereon and the appellant company will be entitled to withdraw the remaining amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with interest accrued thereon by filing appropriate applications before the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Mumbai.

The Commissioner shall act on the consent terms. 3.

The First Appeal No.599 of 2017 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
