Petition is already disposed of on 26/4/2019. It was however continued further only to see that the offending structure is demolished. 2.

Today, Municipal Council (respondent No.4) makes a statement that entire structure has been removed and proper fencing has been put. The photograph taken on 25/1/2020 is also shown to the Court. 3.

The petitioner does not dispute this.

Grievance of municipal council however is Respondent Nos.6 and 7 who were supposed to pay amount of Rs.1 Lakh to respondent No.4 Municipal Council have not deposited that amount. 5.

We find that the directions contained in paragraph No.20 of the judgment of this Court dated 26/4/2019 have not been complied with. 6.

In this situation, we direct the Collector, Pune to proceed further to recover it as arrears of land revenue.

The Collector, Pune in Writ Petition No.6509/2019 shall complete recovery without fail by 15/3/2020.

Respondent No.4 Municipal Council to communicate this order to office of Collector, Pune.

We accordingly close the proceedings.
