On the earlier occasion, we requested Mr. Sawant to take instructions as to when the Revisional Authority stated to be the Minister of State for Cooperation and Textile will find time to hear the Petitioners' Revision Application.

The matter has been listed today to enable Mr. Sawant to take instructions.

We are happy to note that Mr. Sawant has been instructed by the Minister concerned to inform this Court that he would find time on 29th January 2016 at 3.00 p.m. to hear the Petitioners' Revision Application itself and dispose of it in accordance with law. It is stated that he will hear both sides and pass the requisite orders within 15 days' from the conclusion of hearing. 4.

We hope that this hearing will not be postponed because of any preoccupation of the Minister.

At this stage, it is stated by the contesting Respondent that the delay would benefit the Petitioners.

We do not express any opinion on the merits of the controversy in the Revision Application. Suffice it to state that till 29th January 2016, the Deputy Registrar shall not either by himself or through his officers, servants and agents attend the office of the Petitioners' Society with police assistance and take charge of the records or dispossess any of the Petitioners' office bearers. 7.

This order and direction is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both sides. The Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
