The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant-Mahesh Kiranchand Parekh expired on 15th January, 2017 at Vadodara. The learned counsel produces the death certificate issued by Municipal Corporation, Vadodara. 2.

The death certificate of the applicant is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'A".
