Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to make a representation to Respondent No.2 on all counts. In the interest of justice, we are inclined to dispose of this writ petition as withdrawn. The Petitioner to make the representation within two weeks from today. The concerned Respondent to consider the same as early as possible and preferably within four weeks thereafter in accordance 1/2

The interim relief so granted by this Court on 31.03.2015 to continue only for six weeks from today as the Petitioner and his family is suffering from HIV.
