The earlier Order dated 28.07.2017 is recalled and the order shall be as follows :

"1.The above Civil Application No.235 of 2017 is taken out by the Advocate for the Applicants to bring the heirs of the Respondent No.3 on record.

2. For the reasons set out in the above Civil Application, the learned

3. A copy of the Civil Application seeking condonation of delay shall be served on the heirs of the deceased Respondent No.3 by Speed Post/Registered Post A.D. and/or by hand-delivery and an Affidavit proving service shall be filed on the adjourned date.

4. The above Civil Application No.235 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
