In this Petition the grievance raised by the Petitioner is that he was not getting proper medical treatment. He was not able to walk and in such condition was not given proper treatment. He was not properly treated by the jail authority. The said grievance was made in 2015. In case the said grievance of the Petitioner still subsists, we direct the DIG (Prison) Pune to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the Petitioner. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
