Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner/judgment debtor to raise the issue of refusal to admit evidence under Order XLI Rule 27 of CPC in revision in case if the Appellate Court dismisses the appeal of the petitioner.

Needless to clarify that this Court has not adjudicated the petition on merits.
