The impugned order is passed by the Commissioner under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 against which the petitioner has statutory remedy by way of second revision.

Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach State Government under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. No costs.
