The petitioner has preferred this application and Writ Petition No. 4400 of 2015 through jail. In this application, the petitioner has prayed that an advocate be appointed from the Legal Aid Panel. He has also prayed in this application for expeditious hearing of his petition.

In view of the prayer of the petitioner, we appoint advocate Mr. Prosper D'Souza who is on the panel of Advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the
