It may be noted that this Court had already expedited the trial while deciding the bail applications filed by Shaikh Azhar Shaikh Mehtab on 5th January, 2017. There is already a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class to conclude the trial on or before 30th September, 2017. The learned Judge shall accordingly conclude the trial before the said date.
