Appeal from order is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The amounts deposited by the appellants shall stand transferred to the appropriate proceedings. If any appropriate proceedings are filed by the appellants, the office shall transfer the amounts deposited by the appellants in the present proceedings to such proceedings. No order as to costs.
