Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.
By this application, the applicant / insurance company has sought stay of the execution and implementation of judgment and award dated 12/09/2017 passed by the Member, MACT, Mumbai in Application No.102 of 2011 wherein the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.50,26,196/- inclusive of no fault liability with interest @ 8% per annum from the date of application till its realization.

P.H. Jayani 914(I) CAF1517.18.doc company states that the applicant has already deposited entire amount alongwith interest accrued thereon before the Claims Tribunal as per the judgment and award dated 12/09/2017. Statement is accepted. 4.
In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of judgment and award dated 12/09/2017 passed by the Member, MACT, Mumbai in Application No.102 of 2011 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.
