This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 06th November 2012, while releasing him on bail. The applicant is directed to attend the investigating officer on first Monday of each calender month.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since the date of the order, the applicant is regularly attending the investigating officer. This Court in case of two other co-accused persons in Criminal Application No.70 of 2014 and 138 of 2014 has relaxed the said condition of attendance N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

28-appp-43-2016 and the said condition has been cancelled.

In view of the above the condition requiring the applicant to report to Investigating Officer on the first Monday of the every calender month is hereby cancelled with immediate effect.
