DATED : 28th MARCH, 2022 P.C:- By the present application, the Appeal which was refused registration in the wake of non-removal of office objections is sought to be restored.

On 15/9/2021, Registrar, Judicial-II passed a conditional order of removal of office objections within a period of four weeks, failing which the Appeal was to be refused registration.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application, seeking restoration of the order. The application in paragraph nos.4 yo 6 justify its restoration, it being settled Tilak

2/2 26 IA 918-22.doc position of law that the party shall not be made to suffer because of the fault of his counsel, who in turn attributes it to his clerk. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Appeal be restored to the file.

Office objection shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
