Petitioner claims to be a member of respondent no.1. His grievance is that respondent no.2 obtained loan from respondent no.1 on pledging stock of sugar bags. Forcibly the sugar bags were sold by respondent no.2. Inquiry was conducted by the co-operative department and directions were given to take appropriate action against respondent no.2. Learned counsel submits that inspite of directions and grievances made, police is not registering the FIR.

By keeping all issues on merits open, writ petition stands disposed of.
