695.15-caa averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

"That delay of 3 days in filing the above appeal be condoned."

b) Office is directed to make appropriate noting in the Appeal from Order and the pending Civil Application, if any, that same stood rejected against Respondent Nos.4 to 6.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
