P.C. :­ 1] Heard Mr. Vinay Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant. 2] Mr.Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, has submitted that the delay in institution of the appeal is only 25 days. He submits that in paragraph 6 of the application, detailed reasons have been set out explaining the circumstances in which the appeal could not be instituted within the prescribed period of limitation. He submits that the appellant is a Employees' State Insurance Corporation and the delay of 25 days has to be viewed pragmatically. 3] Taking into consideration the reasons set out in the civil application, the delay of 25 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The civil application is disposed of.
