In view of the above statement, the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and to stand disposed of as such. 4.

In view of the urgency, it is expected of DRT to take up the matter tomorrow i.e. 19.01.2018 as scheduled and pass appropriate order, even if it be an ad-interim/interim order.
