ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO.3524 OF 2022 4.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant invited my attention to paragraph 4 of the order dated 21st December 2022. This Court has observed that from the FIR, prima facie it appears that the allegations are not sufficient to attract the ingredients of offence under section 306 of IPC. However, learned APP and learned Advocate for the first informant seeks time to apprise the Court and point out material. Before passing the final order, they need to be heard.

Interim protection to continue till the next date. 6.
