The application is moved for restoration of First Appeal which was dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 27th September, 2013 in Civil Application No. 3609 of 2013 for restoration.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant, the order dated 19th December, 2013 is recalled and the proceeding are restored. The order of this Court dated 27th September, 2013 is to be complied within six weeks and if not complied, the matter will be dismissed without further reference to the Court.
