1] The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is ready to appear before the trial Court on 02.02.2022 and file an appropriate Application for cancellation of Non Bailable Warrant issued by the trial Court against the Petitioner.

2] In view of the aforesaid statement no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner till 07.02.2022. 3] If application seeking cancellation of Non Bailable Warrant is filed by the Petitioner, the same shall be decided by the trial Court on its own merits in accordance with law.

4] Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 02.02.2022. 5] Writ Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. [N.R.BORKAR, J] 1/1
