It is the contention of the Applicant/Appellant that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have made a wrong statement before this Court in respect of non attachment of property. The Applicant appears in person and, therefore, he seeks a direction of this Court for initiating criminal proceedings against the Respondents for committing the offence of willful disobedience of order of this Court and also knowingly making false statement on oath, with a view to procure legal orders from this Court. We find that whatever statements which have been made by Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, which in the opinion of the Applicant are objectionable, have not been considered either by the Trial Court or by this Court while arriving at final conclusions in this matter. Therefore, there is no merit in the interim application. 3.

Hence, Interim Application stands dismissed.
